The Role
We are seeking a Senior Web & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to transform our online presence and convert potential customers into loyal advocates through innovative, data-driven web experiences. You will play a pivotal role in reaching out to new audiences who may not yet be familiar with TrustedHousesitters. By creating clear and personalized online journeys, you will help them discover our offerings and encourage conversions.
You will engage directly with our content management system (CMS) Builder.io, collaborating closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering to launch, test, and enhance website experiences that attract and retain new customers on our platform.

What You Will Do
- Experimentation & Conversion Optimization: Lead the design and execution of experiments across our website to enhance conversion rates. This includes generating hypotheses, designing experiments, analyzing outcomes, and iterating based on findings. You will own the CRO experimentation roadmap and implement a program that delivers measurable results.
