About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to enhance our client's online presence by boosting website visibility, improving organic search rankings, and driving inbound traffic. This role demands proficiency in technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will ensure that websites are optimized for search engines, user-friendly, and consistently elevating in authority and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Keyword Research & Strategy:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research utilizing tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.
- Align keywords with user intent and different stages of the buyer's journey.
- Develop content strategies to meet organic growth objectives.
On-Page Optimization:
- Enhance metadata, headings, schema markup, and internal links.
- Ensure content remains SEO-friendly while upholding readability and brand voice.
- Analyze content gaps and suggest new pages or blog topics as needed.
Technical SEO:
- Perform site audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or SEMrush.
- Identify and rectify crawl errors, indexation problems, duplicate content, and broken links.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile usability.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and canonical tags.
Off-Page SEO & Link Building:
- Craft ethical link-building strategies through guest posting, PR outreach, and partnerships.
- Monitor backlink profiles for harmful links and disavow them when necessary.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Create dashboards in Data Studio, Looker, or Power BI.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO strategies effectively.
- Provide SEO insights during website redesigns, migrations, and product launches.
