About the Role:
Join our team as an SEO Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing website visibility, improving organic search rankings, and driving inbound traffic. This exciting position requires a deep understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and analytics. You will ensure our websites are both search engine-friendly and user-friendly, while continuously enhancing their authority and performance.
Responsibilities:
Keyword Research & Strategy:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research utilizing tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.
- Align keywords with user intent and various stages of the buyer's journey.
- Craft content strategies that are in line with organic growth objectives.
On-Page Optimization:
- Optimize metadata, headings, schema markup, and internal linking structures.
- Ensure content is both SEO-friendly and maintains readability and brand voice.
- Conduct content gap analyses and propose recommendations for new pages or blog topics.
Technical SEO:
- Perform site audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or SEMrush.
- Identify and rectify crawl errors, indexation issues, duplicate content, and broken links.
- Enhance Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance.
- Oversee XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonicalization processes.
Off-Page SEO & Link Building:
- Devise ethical link-building strategies including guest posting, PR outreach, and partnerships.
- Regularly monitor backlink profiles for toxic links and disavow when necessary.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics through Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Create dashboards using Data Studio, Looker, or Power BI.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO strategies.
- Offer SEO insights during website redesigns, migrations, and product launches.
