About the Role:
We are in search of a dedicated SEO Specialist to enhance website visibility, boost organic search rankings, and increase inbound traffic. This position demands a solid foundation in technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and analytics. The SEO Specialist will guarantee that our websites are both search engine-friendly and user-centric while continuously enhancing their authority and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Keyword Research & Strategy:
- Execute comprehensive keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.
- Align keywords with user intent and various stages of the buyer's journey.
- Formulate content strategies that support organic growth objectives.
On-Page Optimization:
- Enhance metadata, headings, schema markup, and internal linking structure.
- Ensure all content is SEO-optimized while maintaining readability and brand voice.
- Conduct content gap analyses and suggest new pages or blog topics.
Technical SEO:
- Carry out site audits utilizing tools such as Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or SEMrush.
- Identify and rectify crawl errors, indexation challenges, duplicate content, and broken links.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, page loading speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and canonical tags.
Off-Page SEO & Link Building:
- Devise ethical link-building strategies including guest posting, PR outreach, and partnerships.
- Monitor backlink profiles for harmful links and disavow them as needed.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics via Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Create dashboards using Data Studio, Looker, or Power BI.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO strategies.
- Offer SEO insights during website redesigns, migrations, and product launches.
