Position Overview
We are in search of a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our Project Operations team within the Lunit Oncology division. This role is crucial in ensuring operational excellence across our oncology initiatives by promoting alignment, clarity, and rigorous execution throughout the organization.
The Senior Project Manager will spearhead the implementation of significant biopharma programs and strategic collaborations, specifically focusing on AI-driven oncology biomarker and companion diagnostics development projects. You will oversee projects from post-contract approval to final delivery, ensuring meticulous management of timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications.
As a senior contributor, you will need exceptional leadership skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in complex, cross-functional settings. This position is essential in translating intricate scientific goals into achievable plans and facilitating successful partnerships with global biopharma entities. Furthermore, it presents a clear pathway for progression into program-level responsibilities as biopharma collaborations expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end management of biopharma projects with a concentration on AI oncology biomarker and companion diagnostics development.
- Create and uphold comprehensive project plans detailing scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation to ensure effective execution and transparency.
- Oversee the project lifecycle from post-contract approval to final delivery, managing all operational components such as data handling, resource allocation, deliverable preparation, and output submission.
- Lead external communications with biopharma partners in close collaboration with business units, conducting project kick-off meetings and coordinating progress updates and documentation.
