POSITION SUMMARY:

Whether guests are dining for a romantic evening or hosting a business gathering, we ensure every occasion is executed flawlessly.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Server plays a vital role in maintaining positive guest relations while delivering top-tier service in a friendly and efficient manner. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, responding to menu inquiries, and fulfilling guest requests, all while promoting menu items and adhering to the restaurant’s standards of quality and service.

- Maintain a professional appearance, hygiene, and cleanliness during all shifts.

- Keep tables and workstations organized according to restaurant specifications.

- Warmly welcome guests and provide recommendations regarding food and beverages.
- Utilize sales techniques to enhance the dining experience while ensuring guests do not over-order.
- Accurately take and record all food and beverage orders, confirming with guests to ensure correctness.
