- As a Server Developer (Product), you will be a vital part of Toss Bank's innovative Squad, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Data Analysts to design and develop cutting-edge financial products.
- You will work with a dedicated group of 3-5 Server Developers within your squad, actively contributing to the development of loan, deposit, and card products. Our environment is designed to nurture growth, making it an ideal place for junior developers.
- With limited experience in financial sectors, our Server Developers are primarily from promising IT companies and startups, questioning traditional banking norms and designing products that challenge the status quo.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Developing efficient methods to present complex banking systems in a streamlined manner to our customers.
- Creating fast, flexible, and scalable systems that enhance customer experience.
- Building robust and secure systems capable of handling large traffic volumes reliably.
- Proposing and implementing innovative banking service ideas from design to development.
- Developing internal management web services to enhance banking system innovations alongside customer-facing services.
We Are Looking For:
- Experience in developing services based on the Spring Framework using Kotlin or Java.
- Ability to quickly grasp business requirements and design data models and APIs proficiently.
- A mindset that embraces change and a desire for continuous growth.
- A collaborative spirit, eager to share knowledge with colleagues.
- Experience in managing high traffic systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Redis and Kafka is advantageous.
