Our team in the Energy & Sustainable Construction sector in Region South currently consists of approximately seven dedicated professionals who together drive the development towards more climate- and resource-efficient buildings. We provide consulting throughout the entire construction process – from early stages and strategic choices to design, implementation, and follow-up. We are now looking for a driven and committed Service Area Manager for our Energy & Sustainable Construction team based in Malmö.
By being part of a larger consulting firm with extensive building technical expertise, we can take on complex and interdisciplinary assignments alongside colleagues from other areas of the organization. We work closely together, learn from each other, and value a culture characterized by collaboration, engagement, and curiosity.
Our assignments include environmental and energy coordination, reuse and material strategies, as well as work with certifications such as Miljöbyggnad, BREEAM, and NollCO₂. We conduct energy calculations, climate assessments (LCA), climate declarations, LCC analyses, and develop digital calculation tools. Projects span new construction, renovation, and consulting for property owners and managers in early stages.
Your Role as Service Area Manager
As the Service Area Manager, you will have a strategic and operational role with significant responsibility and numerous contact points. You will lead the team’s operations and be accountable for:
- Strategies, profitability, and results
- Quality, personal, and professional development
- Customer relationships and business development
You are an approachable leader who sees and hears your team members, helping them grow and thrive. The role is complemented by your own operational work in assignments, for example as project manager or specialist.
Your Leadership Responsibilities Also Include:
- Developing the team in close collaboration with other units in the region and nationally
- Contributing to the long-term development of the business area
- Motivating and further developing the team through modern and coaching leadership
- Building a strong team spirit and creating clarity around goals and direction
