Your Role:
As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating our service technicians and installation crews. Your efforts will ensure daily operations align with company policies, service standards, and operational goals.
Lead and inspire service technicians and installation teams.
Facilitate communication and coordination between office staff and field teams.
Train, manage, and evaluate field technicians alongside the Operations Manager.
Conduct ride-alongs and provide constructive performance feedback.
Ensure all repairs and installations comply with quality standards and permitting requirements.
Set and communicate departmental goals and performance expectations.
Manage workloads and scheduling to enhance manpower and operational efficiency.
Assist in effective dispatching and report issues to call center leadership.
Support technicians with field challenges and technical inquiries.
Address customer concerns to ensure service satisfaction.
Enforce OSHA safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.
