We are seeking a Service Manager for our rental facility in Rock Springs, WY. We want someone eager to grow with us, bring enthusiasm and dedication to their role, and contribute to the evolution of construction. This position involves leading a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
As a Service Manager, you will leverage our technology to create, assign, and oversee work orders, monitor machine service intervals, procure parts, and swiftly diagnose issues by accessing data from a multitude of equipment makes and models. With real-time data at your disposal, you can quickly identify root causes and implement corrective actions, allowing you to work more efficiently.
Oversee and coordinate the quality performance of our equipment mechanics and service personnel.
Schedule repairs for both customer and company-owned rental equipment.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with EquipmentShare's service and support while keeping them informed of new opportunities to enhance their business.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and other communications.
Facilitate employee training and development while ensuring a safe work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
