1. Service Efficiency
- Oversee the achievement of monthly State Of Service (SOS), revenue, preparation costs, and service KPIs.
- Ensure that pest control services and treatments are scheduled in advance and executed by technicians punctually across all zones.
- Maintain high standards for the quality and timely delivery of services and treatments for new business and products/jobs, following the approved Safe Work Procedure (SWP) and Treatment Instruction (TI).
- Ensure all Equipment for Rent (EFR) at customer sites is retrieved and returned when contracts are not renewed.
- Foster a high level of skill competency among service staff through ongoing training, practical assistance, and guidance. Technicians must be evaluated through TPA every two months.
2. Administration and Policy Compliance
- Ensure all necessary documentation (such as Treatment Instructions, Account Checklists, Treatment Checklists, etc.) for pest control services are properly organized and approved by the authorized manager prior to service, treatment, or installation.
- Develop and implement policies aimed at enhancing service productivity and quality, while minimizing customer complaints, risks, and losses to the business.
- Promote compliance with SHE policies and a zero-tolerance approach, achieving the lost time accident rate (LTAR) targets set for the year.
- Provide field coaching and practical training to service technicians.
- Conduct regular meetings with the service team to strategize, set targets, address issues, conduct performance reviews, and offer guidance and support.
- Maintain accurate service records and submit timely reports and documents as required by management.
3. Customer Development
- Address all customer complaints and inquiries urgently and in accordance with company SOPs and the 2/24 promise.
- Maintain precise service records and submit timely reports to management.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and customer visits to strengthen business relationships and enhance customer retention.
- Identify and act on potential sales and collection opportunities within the service area to generate new business and improve collections.
- Participate in necessary training, meetings, conferences, and other official company events essential for business growth and compliance with government regulations.
