Your Responsibilities:
As a Service Technician, you will be deployed to locations experiencing moisture issues in residential or commercial buildings. Working alongside a team of moisture specialists, your role will ensure spaces are dried out as quickly as possible and restored for use. In addition to moisture remediation, you will conduct moisture measurements and maintain various equipment. As a Service Technician, your duties will include:
Installing and maintaining moisture control devices;
Setting up equipment necessary to dry out spaces;
Conducting measurements as a Service Technician to prepare reports, which involves administrative tasks;
Replacing measurement instruments and advising clients based on reports as a maintenance technician;
Retrieving equipment after completing a job;
Inspecting the retrieved equipment and performing maintenance as needed.
As a Service Technician, you will enjoy a full-time position of 40 hours per week, working from 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM. You will be on call once every five weeks, requiring availability 24/7. The workload is heavier in the winter and autumn, while it tends to be quieter in the spring and summer.
