Join Vandoren as a Service Technician in Veenendaal, where you will engage in diverse projects within the recycling sector. Your responsibilities will include providing first-line service to address malfunctions and maintenance at client locations, as well as independently executing tasks from start to finish. You will also play a key role in resolving NEN and thermographic inspection points, and assist in testing and commissioning new installations. Some days you may work solo, while on others, you'll enjoy the company of a colleague. In summary, this is a dynamic and challenging role for an enthusiastic go-getter with a bold attitude.
Your Challenge
You will focus on troubleshooting issues, preparing modifications, commissioning, and performing preventive maintenance on industrial installations and control systems. A selection of your tasks will include:
Independently executing small projects, including modifications to switch panels, field cabling, distribution boxes, and meter cabinets;
Providing first-line service for malfunctions and maintenance at client locations;
Resolving NEN and thermographic inspection points;
Assisting with testing and commissioning of new installations as needed.

Who You Are
You remain calm under pressure, especially when a client’s production halts due to a malfunction, and you are customer- and service-oriented. You also ideally meet the following profile:
A diploma in industrial automation, electrical engineering, or mechatronics;
Hands-on knowledge of instrumentation, frequency controllers, and PLC technology;
Affinity for mechanical and process technology installations.
