Your Typical Day:
As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will oversee complete ServiceNow projects tailored to our clients' needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Proficient in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
- Facilitate workshops with clients to gather business requirements, grasp their needs, and translate those into actionable tasks for the development team.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, integrations, and system processes.
- Provide expert consultation to clients regarding best practices for ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Serve as Scrum Master for ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring compliance with Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Monitor and report on sprint progress, confirming that deliverables are met and client expectations are fulfilled.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
