Join our Software Engineering team as a ServiceNow CRM Developer/Administrator.
The team is responsible for delivering innovative application enhancements and developing new products that adapt to the ever-evolving landscape. We operate at the forefront of technology, designing and developing software for various platforms, applications, and diagnostics, utilizing the latest technologies, methodologies, and collaborative efforts with internal and external partners.
Your Role
As a Senior ServiceNow CRM Developer/Administrator, you will manage the complete lifecycle of our CRM solutions. Your goal will be to shift our external customer support from reactive troubleshooting to proactive service delivery. You will spearhead the development of customer portals, integrate CRM with backend IT workflows, and oversee platform administration to ensure optimal performance and 99.9% uptime.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow CRM modules, including solution architecture and development.
- Develop high-quality, reusable code using JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Actions.
- Architect and implement complex integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers, connecting ServiceNow with external systems like Salesforce and JIRA.
- Design intricate workflows to automate processes and improve efficiency.
