Job Summary
As a SharePoint and Power Platform Developer II, you will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and convert them into efficient functional applications to meet client demands. You will also offer technical advice and best practices to end-users, enabling self-service capabilities.
Given our role as a federal consulting organization, employees may be required to manage Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must comply with relevant safeguarding and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust solutions using Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, plugins, and Dataverse.
- Create business rules and automation logic to streamline data workflows across the Power Platform.
- Integrate solutions with REST APIs for enhanced functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX designers, and testers.
- Enhance and maintain applications through iterative sprints and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility, performance, and security standards.
- Engage in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups.
- Demonstrate proficiency in researching and diagnosing errors and issues, along with documenting processes and outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience, including leadership roles, in Power Platform, SharePoint-based projects, and Dynamics CRM.
- Proficient in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile SDLC, user story development, and DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Knowledge of user-centered design and accessibility standards (Section 508 and WCAG).
- Experience with PCF Controls.
Travel Requirements
This is a remote position; however, occasional travel may be required based on project needs, client meetings, team collaboration events, or training sessions.
