Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a Shift Lead at Domino's, you will play a pivotal role in our store operations by overseeing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
- Stock ingredients from delivery to storage areas and workstations.
- Prepare pizza and other menu items according to our quality standards.
- Receive, process, and manage telephone and in-store orders.
- Conduct inventory checks and complete necessary paperwork.
- Maintain cleanliness of the equipment and the facility daily.
Training:
Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective order processing.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change-making.
- Ability to operate a computer or touchscreen for order entry.
- Quick and precise motor coordination for food preparation tasks.
Work Environment:
Expect varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks, and be prepared for a range of temperatures inside the store. You may encounter food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces while working.
Temperament:
You should be able to lead a team, handle repetitive tasks, work independently and collaboratively, and manage stress effectively while adhering to quality control standards.
