As a Shift Leader, you will support our General Manager (GM) in driving profitability by effectively managing food waste, labor costs, supply inventory, and maintaining a clean environment. Your leadership and commitment will be vital in enhancing sales and fostering guest loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
- Labor Management: Understand and meet our Crew Labor Target through effective scheduling and team accountability.
- Cash Handling: Ensure accurate nightly deposit reports and prepare bank bags for secure transport.
- Daily Line Up Cards: Prepare and manage shift cards, ensuring proper break schedules and sales-focused team member placements.
- Incident Management: Gather detailed information and utilize the Incident Report during any guest or team member incidents.
- Cost Control: Minimize food waste by adhering to recipes, conducting regular weigh-ins, and ensuring 100% compliance with our training programs.
- Cleanliness Standards: Maintain a pristine environment by following checklists and ensuring readiness for peak times. Your shift should operate under hospital-clean standards.
