What You’ll Do: As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the cornerstone during your shift, helping to:
- Lead by example and support your team in providing outstanding guest service
- Keep operations running smoothly, whether it’s prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash
- Train and coach crew members to reach their potential
- Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and inviting by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards
- Step in for the manager when needed and assist in decision-making
