Join Our Team as a Shift Manager!
- Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a seamless flow in food preparation and service.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences by effectively managing restaurant operations.
- Guide and motivate team members through their daily responsibilities while engaging with customers to guarantee their satisfaction.
- Supervise team leaders and staff, ensuring adherence to our products, processes, and policies.
- Act as a quality control ambassador, fostering customer satisfaction through effective employee training and compliance with company standards.
- Open the restaurant, prepare cash drawers, and initiate the computer system for operations.
- Complete the daily financial tasks, including final deposits of previous night’s receipts.
- Start up kitchen equipment, including fryers, broilers, and grills for breakfast service.
- Prepare food and serve customers at the counter and drive-thru.
- Prepare garnishes for lunch sandwiches and assist in cleaning and prepping produce for salads.
- Receive and properly store incoming food shipments while rotating stock.
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Operate the cash register and assist in restaurant closing tasks, including cleaning kitchen equipment and finalizing paperwork.
