Position Overview:
As a Shift Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our store operations, stepping in for the General Manager or Assistant Manager as needed during your shift. Your role will include overseeing daily operations, guiding Team Members, and ensuring that our guests enjoy top-notch service and delicious products. You will be instrumental in maintaining operational standards and delivering an exceptional experience aligned with Fresh Dining Concepts' values.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing all tasks of Team Members, including the preparation of dough and various products (lemonade, butter, dips, Cinnabons, and yogurt), as well as rolling, twisting, dipping, shaping, baking, and bagging pretzels, Cinnabons, and yogurt.
- Preparing specialty pretzels and products from Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's.
- Managing the insertion, rotation, and removal of baking trays; monitoring ovens to ensure proper baking times and product color.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service by embodying our core brand values (F.I.B.E.R. and B.O.O.S.T.) at all times.
- Executing quality store operations including:
- Cleaning blenders, small wares, merchandise, and store facilities as needed.
- Operating food preparation machinery as per age requirements.
- Maintaining stock levels according to inventory guidelines.
- Adhering to all food safety and security protocols while safeguarding company property.
- Mastering all operational stations within the store.
- Providing consistently healthy products that meet health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Supporting brand compliance and assisting in the training of team members.
- Preparing drinks and packaging orders while following health and safety measures.
- Directing and coordinating team activities; managing meal breaks in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Maintaining composure during busy periods or unusual events to ensure store standards are upheld and setting a positive example for the team.
- In cases of team member absences, communicating with the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, and recommending solutions to ensure shift coverage.
- Monitoring product quality and ensuring consistency across all offerings.
