YOUR ROLE IN MAKING AN IMPACT

As a vital part of our team, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth and successful shifts by meeting sales and profit targets, implementing operational procedures, and delivering exceptional service to both Guests and Team Members. The Shift Manager plays a crucial role in supporting our restaurant and the General Manager, ensuring we remain the top choice for our Guests and employees.
YOUR DAILY CONTRIBUTION
- Driving sales and profitability by enhancing Guest satisfaction and overseeing restaurant operations
- Discussing any concerns or suggestions regarding restaurant operations, Team Members, or Guests with the General Manager
- Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures during shifts and training Team Members on operational standards and Guest service
- Addressing complaints and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Fostering a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for our employees and Guests!
ARE YOU READY TO JOIN US?
- 1-2 years of managerial experience in the restaurant industry, ideally within Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
- Basic arithmetic and mathematical skills
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and work extended hours
- High energy and enthusiasm to thrive in our fast-paced environment
