As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts weekly, ensuring that every customer enjoys a fast, accurate, and friendly experience at each visit. You will provide leadership to crew members and other managers during your shift, maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Your responsibilities will include planning each shift, monitoring team performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, overseeing safety, security, and profitability, and preparing the next Shift Manager for a successful transition. Additionally, you will work towards meeting shift targets and helping your assigned departments achieve their objectives.
