We are on the lookout for passionate Shift Supervisors eager to refine their skills! At Krispy Kreme, we believe that excellence is a habit, not just an act. In this pivotal role, you will ensure seamless and efficient operations, delivering a WOW experience to our A-Glazing customers. You will manage your assigned shift in collaboration with the shop leadership team, providing overall support as needed. A TASTE OF YOUR ROLE:
- Oversee daily operational excellence within the shop.
- Ensure the flow of service maintains the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.
- Assist the AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and conducting shop tours.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering a culture where everyone feels welcomed and valued.
YOUR INGREDIENTS FOR SUCCESS:
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- At least one year supervising a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to cultivating an equitable and inclusive culture where everyone is empowered to express their individuality.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
