About the Role
The Black Tux (TBT) is excited to welcome a driven and customer-oriented Showroom Lead to our team at Nordstrom. In this pivotal role, you will elevate the customer experience, guide your team towards operational excellence, and uphold the visual and cultural standards of our organization. Collaborating closely with the TBT Area Manager, you will contribute to achieving revenue goals, foster team development, and maintain the highest showroom standards.
Your Responsibilities
As the Nordstrom Lead, you will play an essential role in laying down the foundation of our showroom operations and driving the overall success of the team through outstanding organizational, operational, and customer engagement strategies. Representing The Black Tux, you will have a direct influence on our business’s success. Your team will not only provide exceptional fitting experiences but also guide customers through all stages of their event journey—from initial style consultations to event setup and checkout. This role is integral to supporting the showroom's revenue targets while cultivating an atmosphere of collaboration, innovation, and premier customer service.
