Your Role
As the Site HR Business Partner, you will serve as a crucial partner to the site leadership team and a trusted advisor to all employees. Your primary focus will be to align HR strategies with core business objectives, driving operational excellence while cultivating a high-performance culture and ensuring a safe, engaged, and capable workforce. It is essential that all site HR policies and processes remain compliant with company standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnership
- Deliver value by collaborating with senior leaders to create an HR Year Plan that aligns with the business/site year plan.
- The HR Year Plan will reflect the Business and Function Strategy as well as Envalior’s People Strategy, encompassing critical elements such as structure, leadership, culture, and talent management necessary for achieving desired business outcomes.
- Design and implement data-driven HR Solutions, including a deployment plan with a change management approach and relevant metrics.
- Work closely with the site management team and departmental managers to comprehend business goals and operational challenges, providing HR insights and solutions while considering macro and market developments, business plans, staffing, costs, productivity, and employee capabilities.
- Develop and implement a site-specific HR agenda that supports the strategic plan of the site and aligns with the global HR strategy.
Talent Management & Organizational Development
- Assist in the creation of initiatives aimed at improving workforce effectiveness and provide coaching to line management on people management responsibilities. These initiatives will focus on delivering the business strategy while embodying Envalior’s cultural values, including People development, Team development, and individual coaching.
- Lead the succession planning process for key roles on-site, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Drive the site’s performance management process.
