As an experienced Site Manager for Installation Technology, you will oversee and coordinate subcontractors on our large and challenging projects. You know exactly what is required to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations. From collaborating with colleagues to monitoring quality, safety, and schedules.
This will be your role
You are the face of the construction site and understand the ongoing dynamics. As the Site Manager for Installation Technology, you will be responsible for the daily management and coordination of activities on complex installation technology projects. You will organize and lead a multidisciplinary team, juggling deadlines, planning, and resource capacity.
Each morning, you will discuss the day's agenda with subcontractors and your team. You ensure everyone is aware of their responsibilities and monitor that the tasks proceed according to schedule and quality standards. You will be present on-site, coordinating with colleagues, checking deliveries, and resolving issues before they escalate.
You translate the planning into concrete tasks and ensure that equipment and materials are available on time. If deviations occur, you will take immediate action. Safety is your top priority, and you focus on VCA regulations every day. Administrative tasks and reporting are also part of your responsibilities. You will record daily hours, equipment, and materials, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
