Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all service requests and repairs efficiently and to high standards.
- Support the Maintenance Supervisor in monitoring inventory levels of tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and guests.
- Adhere to all personnel management policies while keeping a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Implement and maintain the preventative maintenance schedule.
- Communicate effectively with residents, team members, vendors, and supervisors.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage budgetary constraints and maintain a robust preventative maintenance program.
- Assist in maintaining the hazard communication program.
- Inspect community grounds and facilities regularly to minimize liability issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hazard communication policies.
- Work together with the maintenance team to enhance community curb appeal.
- Assist residents during the move-in and move-out process as needed.
- Support scheduling and execution of maintenance and repair-related tasks during transition events.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance of all equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Address complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the cleanliness of the office and common areas.
- Participate in the upkeep of exterior property areas, including grounds and common spaces.
- Perform swimming pool maintenance and uphold accurate chemical logs.
- Be available for on-call emergency services as part of a rotation.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
