As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a diverse range of equipment, from generators and UTVs to trucks and heavy machinery, including dozers, loaders, skid steers, and excavators. This role is based at our expansive Michels Corporate headquarters yard, which spans 120 acres, features 25 buildings and 18 shops, and is home to over 175 employees. Success in this position requires strong independent work skills, teamwork, and effective communication.

What you need to succeed:
- Previous mechanic experience or mechanical aptitude.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to provide your own hand tools.
- Welding experience is a plus.
