Join our dynamic parts department as a Parts Counter Sales Associate! We are looking for individuals with prior experience in a parts dealership, though we are willing to train candidates who possess a strong mechanical understanding. This is a full-time role that includes a Saturday rotation based on staffing needs. Familiarity with CDK and strong computer skills are highly advantageous.
In this position, you will assist both retail and wholesale customers in fulfilling their parts requirements through digital catalogs, online ordering systems, and email communication. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be responsible for keeping customers informed about their order status via phone calls, emails, or by updating online systems. The ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage orders will be crucial for success in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the complete parts sales process from beginning to end
- Collaborate with the parts manager to source parts that are not currently in stock
- Process special order requests for customers
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding the status of their parts
- Interact with staff and customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations relevant to the industry
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification
- Prior experience in auto parts sales is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
