The Opportunity.
As an SMB Account Executive, you will manage a defined portfolio of accounts (up to 1,000 employees) across Japan, engaging with existing Postman users and new inbound leads. Your primary objective is to strategize account management while introducing clients to the full capabilities of our Enterprise Suite. This is an exciting chance to join our rapidly expanding sales team, where we seek individuals who are passionate and energetic to help scale our business further. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of driving significant sales growth within Technical SaaS environments.
What You’ll Do.
- Develop a credible pipeline of opportunities for Postman Enterprise adoption from a targeted portfolio of organizations.
- Own the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Establish a strategic outbound approach tailored to your territory.
- Convert inbound leads into successful opportunities.
- Implement a land-and-expand strategy to enhance adoption and facilitate larger deployments.
- Educate customers on the value of Postman throughout the evaluation and adoption phases.
- Engage with key decision-makers to elevate Postman Enterprise visibility within organizations.
- Utilize data analytics to understand customer challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Actively listen to customer needs and collaborate with Postman colleagues to ensure customer success.
