About The Role
We are seeking a passionate SMB Sales Manager to spearhead the development of our emerging customer segment within the Housing vertical. This is an exceptional chance to establish a go-to-market strategy from scratch — formulating the approach, nurturing relationships, and securing deals with small to mid-sized housing operators. You will be instrumental in defining our service offerings for this market while engaging directly with potential clients and demonstrating the value of EliseAI.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete sales cycle for our SMB Housing segment, from lead generation to closing.
Develop and implement a repeatable sales playbook tailored specifically for SMB requirements.
Collaborate closely with marketing to drive demand and enhance messaging.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce.
Identify trends, relay customer feedback, and contribute to product development.
Recruit and mentor additional team members.
