Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Social Commerce Merchandising Strategy
- Oversee comprehensive merchandising across TikTok Shop, Facebook + Instagram Shop, and Shopify storefront + channel extensions.
- Develop engaging product discovery experiences that drive conversions—from viral hero SKUs to curated bundles and seasonal essentials.
- Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing to align merchandising strategies with paid social campaigns and creator partnerships.
- Ensure smooth execution of launches and promotions—delivering results without surprises.
Ensure Operational Excellence Across Systems
- Work alongside Operations, Planning, and Finance teams to synchronize assortments and inventory across all channels.
- Facilitate seamless integration between Shopify and NetSuite, ensuring accurate product setup, forecasting, and reporting.
Leverage Data & Analytics for Insights
- Utilize platforms like Daasity and Looker to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Create dashboards and reports that link merchandising actions to revenue outcomes.
- Track daily channel trends to quickly identify what’s effective and act accordingly.
Implement Testing & Conversion Optimization
- Develop a structured A/B testing roadmap for social commerce and site merchandising.
- Experiment with product positioning, bundles, offers, messaging, creative hooks, and channel mechanics.
- Transform insights into actionable improvements in:
- Conversion Rate (CVR)
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Revenue per visitor
- Product attach and repeat purchase behaviors
Build & Lead a High-Performing Team
- Manage and nurture a team of channel merchandisers specializing in TikTok and social commerce.
- Establish clear KPIs, performance targets, and growth strategies for each channel.
- Develop scalable workflows that enhance speed, focus, and continuous optimization.
