You will join one of our Live Studios, focusing on Paper.io 2.
Role
Drive user engagement and growth across our brand and owned channels, especially on TikTok.
Work closely with game teams, creators, and marketing to rapidly implement bold ideas.
Develop a distinct and recognizable brand voice that resonates with Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences.
Design and execute social-first events and challenges that merge online culture with in-game experiences.
Demonstrate a keen understanding of humor, irony, chaos, and timing.
Stay ahead of trends, memes, sounds, and formats before they peak.
Conduct social listening, analyze player feedback and performance, and transform insights into content ideas and product enhancements.
Profile
Proven success in scaling social media accounts.
Deeply immersed in Gen Z culture, particularly on TikTok.
Understanding of how brands like Duolingo, Ryanair, and leading creator-led brands capture attention.
