Due to the expansion of our café and an increasing number of events, we are seeking a dedicated Social Floor Manager Hospitality with a strong commitment to social values.
Your Role
As the Floor Manager, you will be the heart of our hospitality experience. You will serve as the main point of contact on the floor, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both guests and colleagues. With your welcoming demeanor and coordinating skills, you will maintain oversight, even during the busiest times.
You will be responsible for the daily operations of the hospitality area and will coordinate events, gatherings, afternoon teas, and business meetings, always in close collaboration with the hospitality manager.
What You Will Do:
Operationally manage and guide the team on the floor
Coach multilingual staff participating with us
Contribute to operations: serving, preparing lunch, managing the café
Coordinate events, parties, and business meetings
Ensure a welcoming, safe, and inclusive work environment
Oversee hygiene practices and compliance with HACCP guidelines
Provide everyone – both guests and colleagues – with a smile
