Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Social Relations, you will step in to cover a maternity leave, serving as a true expert in social law. Your role is to provide practical operational advice and ensure compliance with best practices within the organization.
Daily, you will support the People, Payroll, and Business teams on all labor law matters, including employment contracts, working hours, various accommodations, compensation, and health and safety.
Specifically, you will focus on two essential areas of social law:
Individual Relations
- Securing and overseeing individual case files within your scope: disciplinary management, special requests, monitoring complex situations
- Ensuring fair treatment and compliance with internal procedures for all cases
- Managing and tracking contentious cases with our legal partners
Collective Relations
- Coordinating and assisting in the implementation of health and safety policies
- Assisting in the preparation of materials for CSSCT meetings
- Actively contributing to the development of inclusion policies
- Monitoring the DUERP and Papripact for each French entity
- Contributing to the drafting of collective agreements, if necessary
Other Projects
- Auditing and updating thematic notes, materials, and frameworks related to your expertise
- Assisting in the development/update of social law training materials (possible animations)
- Liaising with Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands for alignment on social policies
