About the Position
We are seeking a talented Social Listening & Monitoring Manager to join our Optimization & Reporting Team. This key role is responsible for ensuring the success of a Fortune 50 brand’s continuous social media listening and crisis alerting execution, while also aiding the client in managing social trend analysis.
The Manager will spearhead the Corporate Communications real-time monitoring program, enhancing the understanding and situational awareness of issues that influence the client’s business and brand on a daily basis. Responsibilities include organizing key topics, managing resources and schedules, overseeing quality assurance, and ensuring consistent delivery in a fast-paced environment.
As the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders, the Manager will exercise independent judgment during escalations and issue resolution, taking full ownership of workstream outcomes, including coverage during evenings, weekends, and on-call situations. This position is ideal for a highly organized, strategic operator who excels in high-visibility environments and appreciates the impact of social and digital media on large organizations.
