In this pivotal role, you will influence our communication strategy and foster our growth throughout Latin America by cultivating meaningful interactions with users, potential customers, and brand enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement: Lead the management and expansion of our online communities, particularly in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina, by moderating discussions, addressing user inquiries, and embodying our brand's voice and values.
Customer Care Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the community and our Customer Support team. Identify and escalate complex issues, ensuring that concerns raised through social channels are addressed swiftly and accurately.
Fraud Monitoring: Maintain vigilance in detecting and reporting suspicious or fraudulent activities on social media. Collaborate with internal teams to minimize risks and safeguard our users.
Listening & Trends: Track conversations, trends, and sentiments across platforms to uncover new engagement opportunities and proactively identify potential concerns.
Getting Things Done: Embrace the proactive ethos of our company, demonstrating a commitment to achieving results no matter the challenges.
Qualifications
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is essential.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Social Media or Community Management, preferably within tech, fintech, or consumer startups.
Creativity, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, especially in Latin America, allowing you to connect with diverse audiences and handle sensitive discussions with professionalism.
Action-oriented: Resourceful, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Must be based in one of our LatAm locations: São Paulo, Bogotá, or Buenos Aires.
