Role Overview
In the role of Social Media Content Creator (TikTok), you will craft captivating, genuine, and brand-consistent content that embodies BiOptimizers' rebranding efforts and enhances its digital footprint through engaging storytelling on various social platforms. You will be tasked with producing high-quality, on-brand social media content that drives brand awareness, fosters community growth, and builds long-term equity in the wellness sector. This position involves collaboration across the Marketing and Design Teams, requiring a candidate with subject matter expertise and strong execution capabilities in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, create, and distribute original photo, video, and text content tailored for each social platform, ensuring alignment with BiOptimizers’ tone, style, and visual identity.
- Work closely with the Organic Social Manager and Design team to ensure social content aligns with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
- Remain up-to-date with social media trends, platform modifications, and emerging formats to keep BiOptimizers’ content innovative, relevant, and effective.
- Maintain organized content calendars and ensure a consistent posting schedule that aligns with strategic priorities.
- Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with the social team to refine creative strategies based on analytical insights.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas that enhance brand storytelling and community interaction.
- Ensure all published content complies with brand standards and regulatory requirements across all platforms.
