At Ksisters, we specialize in premium skincare, baby and kids products, and lifestyle brands that cater to discerning audiences, especially mothers. We are on the lookout for a creative and seasoned Social Media Manager to lead our content creation and brand storytelling efforts. In this engaging role, you will take charge of crafting compelling narratives for our diverse portfolio while managing a team of content creators, including user-generated content (UGC) creators.
This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
- Create captivating short-form video content (30–40 seconds) focusing on skincare, baby/kids, and lifestyle themes for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop and implement a well-structured content calendar that aligns with brand objectives and campaign timelines.
- Transform brand identity into engaging and high-quality visuals and videos that embody our premium, trustworthy values.
- Oversee photography and video production to ensure consistent brand aesthetics.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft social media, blog, and campaign content tailored to our target audience, particularly moms.
Brand Representation
- Confidently embody the brand on camera or through voiceovers, maintaining authenticity and professionalism.
- Ensure that all messaging, tone, and visuals resonate with our premium positioning and audience expectations.
UGC & Creator Management
- Manage UGC creators from start to finish, including briefing, content direction, timelines, and follow-ups.
- Source and curate high-quality user-generated content to foster community engagement.
- Oversee and mentor an in-house content creator, with a focus on supporting and scaling the content team as the business grows.
- Build and nurture relationships with creators, influencers, and KOLs to execute meaningful collaborations.
Reporting & Backend Support
- Monitor content and campaign performance, preparing regular reports and insights for the Marketing Manager.
- Support Shopify backend operations, including content updates, product listings, and basic performance reporting.
- Analyze results and optimize content strategies based on engagement and conversion metrics.
