CHANNEL MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS
Express the dynamic and creative essence of Red Bull through engaging daily content and compelling copywriting. Oversee the daily activities of Red Bull's U.S. social media platforms, ensuring a unified brand image and a continuous flow of high-quality, on-brand content. Design and implement tailored strategies for each platform to enhance content performance, expand our audience, and boost viewer engagement among our target demographic.
Maximize the reach and impact of Red Bull's social media channels within the core audience across various platforms.
Leverage analytics to make informed, data-driven content decisions that resonate across teams and channels.
Collaborate with the Director of Social Media to offer insights and training on best practices, priorities, workflows, and publishing processes for Red Bull U.S.
CONTENT PRODUCTION & PROGRAMMING
Administer content calendars and publishing timelines to guarantee a steady influx of fresh, relevant material across all channels. Act as a source of creative inspiration for internal teams while generating ideas and content aligned with audience interests and platform algorithms.
Lead content initiatives from inception to completion, either as a hands-on producer or by supervising both internal and external production teams through to final output.
Partner with various internal teams (including production, marketing, advertising, and partnerships) to assess performance, evaluate results, and promote successful strategies.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT & ENGAGEMENT
Foster tailored consumer communities using platform-specific tools (like Strava clubs and Instagram Broadcast Channels), ensuring prompt and engaging responses to all interactions.
Develop and execute community management strategies to deepen audience engagement and enhance brand loyalty.
COLLABORATION WITH GLOBAL CHANNELS
Oversee projects and liaise with stakeholders across Red Bull North America, Global Headquarters, and regional offices. Collaborate closely with Global Red Bull Main channel teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and content strategies. Provide content to global channels that showcases Red Bull’s premier U.S. activations, extending our outreach to U.S. consumers. Curate relevant content from the World of Red Bull and adapt it for U.S. audiences.
