We seek a Social Media Marketing Specialist adept at initiating conversations rather than merely building audiences. In this role, you will be responsible for creating genuine content, cultivating communities, and igniting engagement across various social media platforms. Whether launching a campaign or interacting with followers in real-time, you will be at the forefront of digital storytelling for fast-growing brands.

Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, your success will be measured by your ability to generate captivating content, encourage meaningful community interactions, and convert social engagement into tangible growth. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-platform social media strategies that align with brand objectives and community growth goals.
- Produce detailed content calendars and ensure a consistent publishing schedule that aligns with campaign targets.
Content Creation & Execution
- Generate, curate, and manage high-quality content (images, videos, reels, carousels, and text) tailored to each platform.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice, maintains visual coherence, and stays ahead of evolving digital trends.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and content creators to bring innovative ideas to fruition, including User-Generated Content (UGC).
Community Building & Engagement
- Foster dynamic, supportive communities by responding to comments, questions, and direct messages in a brand-consistent tone.
- Identify and engage with brand advocates, influencers, and potential partners to enhance reach and credibility.
- Lead sentiment analysis and maintain brand health across all platforms.
Performance & Reporting
- Track engagement metrics, reach, impressions, clicks, and conversions using both native and third-party analytics tools.
