Role Overview
As a Software Engineer on our macOS team, you will play a crucial role in designing and scaling Speechify’s core desktop experience for millions of users. You will take ownership of vital components within our macOS application architecture, write production-ready code, and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams across the organization.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead critical engineering and product decisions for the macOS application.
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality code that scales to millions of users.
- Maintain and enhance complex application architecture with an emphasis on performance and stability.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team, working alongside designers and product managers to develop features from concept to launch.
- Engage in product planning and roadmap discussions.
- Foster continuous improvement in code quality, CI/CD processes, and development workflows.
