Role Overview
As a Software Engineer on our macOS team, you will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing Speechify’s desktop experience for millions of users. You will take ownership of critical components of our macOS application architecture, deliver production-ready code, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to bring features from concept to reality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead significant engineering and product decisions for the macOS application.

- Collaborate with a cross-functional team, partnering with designers and product managers to shape features from inception to launch.
- Engage in product planning and roadmap discussions.
- Drive continuous improvement in code quality, CI/CD processes, and development workflows.
