Role Overview
As a Software Engineer on our macOS team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling Speechify’s fundamental desktop experience for millions of users. You will take ownership of critical components within our macOS app architecture, deliver production-ready code, and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams across the organization.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and product strategy for the macOS application.
- Develop, test, and release high-quality production code that meets the needs of millions of users.
- Maintain and enhance complex application architecture, focusing on performance and reliability.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team, partnering with designers and product managers to bring features from concept to launch.
- Engage in product planning and roadmap discussions.
- Drive ongoing improvements in code quality, CI/CD practices, and development processes.
