Role Overview
As a Software Engineer on the macOS team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and scaling Speechify’s desktop experience for millions of users. You will take ownership of significant components within our macOS application architecture, develop production-ready code, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering.

What You'll Do
- Lead critical engineering and product development initiatives for the macOS application.
- Write, test, and deploy high-quality, production-ready code that caters to millions of users.
- Maintain and enhance complex application architecture, prioritizing performance and stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, working closely with designers and product managers to bring features from concept to launch.
- Engage in product planning and roadmap discussions to drive strategic direction.
- Champion continuous improvement of code quality, CI/CD processes, and development workflows.
