Your Role:
As a Solution Architect, System Integrator, you will be a vital member of our Customer Success Technical Delivery team. You will work closely with our product, sales, and engineering teams to implement cutting-edge security and identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical solutions tailored to meet customers' business and technical objectives.
- Lead the technical deployment process in client environments, including design, support during deployment, troubleshooting, and resolving configuration issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows Server OS and Active Directory issues during deployment.
- Provide ongoing technical support to customers post-deployment.
- Document and communicate technical requirements between customers and our teams.
- Offer insights and feedback to engineering and development teams.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Semperis products and stay updated on emerging technology trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Active Directory within a system integration vendor or enterprise IT setting.
- Experience in administering or supporting enterprise Active Directory environments.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure AD / Entra ID.
