The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Solution Engineer to join our dynamic sales team in Japan. This role will involve acting as a key technical resource, identifying client challenges, and ensuring that our solutions align with customer needs. As part of a team of highly skilled sales managers and presales engineers, you will contribute to the growth of OPSWAT in Japan. Your expertise will help articulate our product benefits and approach, positioning you as a trusted advisor for clients and partners throughout the sales process.
We welcome candidates located in Nagoya, Osaka, or Tokyo who are fluent in Japanese.
What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate with the OPSWAT sales team and partners to drive enterprise business growth.
- Oversee customer needs, expectations, and solution adoption.
- Enhance customer confidence and awareness of our products and solutions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive responses to industry RFPs.
- Train and certify reseller partners.
- Represent OPSWAT at conferences and seminars.
- Analyze customer organizations and their IT/security requirements and objectives.
- Work alongside RMS to develop strategic account plans.
- Support proof of concepts and implementations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
