Join CyberArk as a Solution Sales Specialist – Workforce, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our market presence across Latin America. As a subject matter expert within our specialized overlay team, you will spearhead sales initiatives for our Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and Endpoint Security solutions. Your primary objective will be to identify and cultivate strategic opportunities, aligning our technical offerings with the unique business needs of our clients while engaging with key decision-makers and channel partners. By closely collaborating with account teams and technical specialists, you will deliver customized solutions that meet intricate customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opportunity & Account Management
- Assume responsibility for regional sales targets pertaining to Workforce solutions, specifically IAM, IGA, and Endpoint Security.
- Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities from initial discovery to successful closure.
- Foster and grow relationships within client organizations, including engagement with CISO/CIO and product leadership.
- Craft and present compelling, value-oriented business cases that outline ROI and align with the specific goals of customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Subject Matter Experts, and Professional Services to ensure alignment between architecture recommendations and business outcomes.
- Coordinate internal resources to guarantee a cohesive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Channel Engagement
- Partner with resellers, system integrators, and channel partners to broaden our market reach.
- Lead initiatives to enhance partner enablement, increasing channel-driven pipeline, boosting partner engagement, and accelerating sales cycles for IAM, IGA, and Endpoint Security solutions.
