Key Responsibilities
Analyze partner and customer business requirements, translating them into comprehensive technical specifications and deployment strategies.
Configure and tailor AI agent solutions to ensure smooth integration with existing platforms such as CRMs, booking tools, and payment systems.
Manage end-to-end implementations—from project kickoff to go-live—while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Act as the primary technical contact during partner discussions; confidently present solutions with minimal oversight.
Identify and address technical risks throughout the implementation process.
Contribute to the development of scalable deployment practices as the team expands.
